I have a new block in the Riley Blake Designs Hush Hush 3 quilt along! this is the Crossroads Block in the Shine Together Sew Along!
Each Friday, we are sharing a block in the Shine Together Quilt, and each week, the RBD Designers who participated in Hush Hush 3 are sharing alternative centers for the star blocks. This week I sewed up the Crossroads Block from Amanda Castor of Material Girl Quilts. Amanda designed the center of the block and I added a little twist to the center of her block with this cute Shine Floral Embroidery!

Crossroads Block Shine Together Sew Along

I’m using the Crossroads block as my O block. I’m using my Dainty Daisy basic as the colored sections of the block; for this one, I used the Butterscotch, Pumpkin, and Honey colors. I also used the Dainty Daisy low-volume Honey on Cloud as the background of the center. For the star portion, I used the Hush Hush print. I love how it turned out!

The instructions on the pattern show how to make the quilt. If you decide to substitute in any of the bonus blocks, you’ll have to cut those out according to the instructions from the designer.
