I can’t believe we’re at the Boo Crew Mystery Halloween Quilt Finish! This has been such a fun quilt to make and I’m so excited about how it turned out. I’m ready to start some Fall decorating now!
This is the last week in the Fat Quarter Shop Halloween Mystery Quilt sew along! This week they are releasing the layout. Aren’t these blocks so fun?! I kept my quilt the same as the Fat Quarter Shop layout – I think it’s the perfect size for a sweet wall hanging. I think I will hang it on the wall with the cute fabric pumpkins I made that match. You can find the tutorial for those easy pumpkins here.
All the blocks in the quilt were so fun to sew. The instructions and videos were so helpful, and the whole quilt went together nicely and easily!

Boo Crew Mystery Halloween Quilt Finish
I used a fabulous spiderweb and spider design called Along Came a Spider for the quilting. It stitched out so great on the quilt and went well with the fabrics! I used a light gray thread that blended well with the light and dark fabrics. Aren’t those little spiders soo cute?
My fabrics for the quilt are Riley Blake’s Bad to the Bone fabrics, and I’m using a great Confetti Cotton called Rainforest. I’m so happy with this color combo. It’s got a great Halloween vibe, with a pop of bright color in the background.

Was the quilting an actual embroidery file or did you do it yourself? It is adorable and I like to try and finish my small quilts on my embroidery machine since it is nice practice for me. Thanks for the info and I am so glad that I found your blog it is so fun to see what you are doing.

I quilted the quilt on my Regalia longarm. I’m not sure if they have that quilting file in an embroidery type or not. Sorry about that!
