Checkerboard Star Block – Building Blocks Quilt

We have only two blocks left in this fun sew along from Riley Blake Designs! Today I’m sharing my version of the Checkerboard Star Block in the Building Blocks Quilt!

The Building Blocks Quilt is a free sew along from Riley Blake that is perfect for beginner quilters, or if you want to build up your skills. The block levels build on skill level and you can learn several different block styles and tips!

I’m using my Stardust fabric for the blocks, paired with Riley Blake Linen in Natural. I’m loving this combo and especially the linen as my background. It’s going to be so fun to put it all together!
