We are in the last month of the Riley Blake Block Challenge, but that doesn’t mean we don’t still have fabulous blocks to sew up! This week is the 2025 RBD Block Challenge Block 14, and we are making the Give It A Whirl block from Melissa Mortenson.
Isn’t this a sweet block? I love the big “x” shape, so of course, it made me think of kisses. Of course, that meant that I had to use all pink fabrics for the block. I love it!
I’m sewing along this year with my Melody fabric collection, so I gathered up several of my pink fabrics from the collection. I used the pink vines, the pink butterfly, and the pink deco as the prints.
