It’s time for another Sewcialites 3 block, and this week’s design is the Criss-Cross Star Block from Lori Holt! I had so much fun sewing this sweet star block together, and I’m still loving every chance I get to sew with my Correspondence collection.
For this block, I mixed some favorite florals and soft prints from Correspondence to give the star lots of movement and contrast. I especially love how the criss-cross design creates such a fun, vintage-inspired look — it feels classic with a playful twist!
One of my favorite parts of Sewcialites 3 has been seeing how each designer brings their own personality to the blocks. Every week feels like a fun surprise, and it’s been so inspiring watching everyone’s versions come together. This block feels so classic Lori Holt.
