I’m really looking forward to sharing these tips with you – especially as we start the new year and head back to school! For me that’s always a great time to start new habits and try out new ideas and fun activities too, like the one in this video!

Awesome! I can’t wait to see your tips. I’m starting off the new year with going back to my smoothies for lunch. I dropped them last November because I was too busy to make them every day!
