Sewcialites 3: Block 17 – Flutter Block

It’s time for another fun block in the Sewcialites 3 sew along and this week’s block is Block 17 – Flutter by Sandy Gervais! I’m still happily sewing along with my Correspondence fabrics, and for this block I kept things in soft shades of blue and green.

I just love the clever design of this one — the piecing creates such a fun little 3-D effect that gives the block so much movement and dimension! It’s one of those blocks that looks intricate but comes together in such a satisfying way.

I’m still using my favorite Correspondence prints paired with soft low volumes, and I love how fresh and springy this block feels.
