I’m so excited to share the first of several embroidery patterns that I created to go along with my fabric line, Vintage Adventure. This Floral Vintage Adventure Globe Embroidery Pattern is such a fun way to show off your love for adventure, and of course I couldn’t resist designing it with a pretty floral vintage globe!
This is a great pattern for either a beginner or an expert stitcher. The design uses satin stitches, back stitches, lazy daisies and French Knots and it’s pretty quick to stitch up! It also goes great with Vintage Adventure fabrics – it would be so fun as a pillow or mini quilt using the fabrics as coordinates.
I stained the hoop and left it untrimmed – I love the way the stained wood gives the hoop more of a framed look. You could also paint the hoop or put it in a frame!

Super cute design. I love the designs in the base of the globe. Very vintage and whimsical at the same time…. And I especially love the floss colors you chose for your project. I love to embroider have been doing it my entire life on and off. I taught myself after watching others do it. And seeing their pretty projects . I am glad more people are becoming interested in it these days. It seems to be gaining in popularity .
