I have some super exciting and crazy news!
Next weekend – November 8 & 9, I am participating in the Believe Boutique in Chandler, AZ!
This is craziness. It has been years since I did a craft boutique. But last year I helped my sis out when she did the Believe Boutique and it was so fun, I thought I’d play along this year.
I didn’t really think through the fact that the boutique was three weeks after the SoCal Social. ;)
So I’ve been working non-stop and trying to get things made and a booth built . . .oh and occasionally feeding my family. Don’t ask me what my house looks like though.
So want to see what I’ll have at the boutique? Here’s just a few sneak peeks of things in progress. I don’t have time to style them all pretty but you’ll get the idea.
I will have signs and jewelry and all sorts of vintage yumminess. Buntings, coin purses, and of course hoops!
Ooh -and I made an Instagram video of some of the hoops!
I’m looking forward to the boutique – and of course nervous that I will simultaneously not have enough product, and/or sell out on Friday night. I also have no idea what to price stuff at. And I would like to sleep sometime this week. But I know it will all work out and be super fun!
If you’re in the Chandler area I would LOVE for you to stop by and say hi. You can stand and chat with me so it looks like people are in my booth. ;) There will be tons of shopping too – there are 125 vendors will all sorts of things to buy!
My sister has a booth this year too! You can find all sorts of cute snugglies in her booth – these are perfect for baby gifts! Her Etsy shop is Sewin Girl.
The boutique hours and details are:
November 8th, 4-9:30pm
November 9th, 10am-3pm
Over 125 top quality vendors showcased at one boutique at Cornerstone Chandler.
- Free Admission and Open to the Public
- Don’t miss our Mega Raffle
- Bring your family & friends and eat on the patio, listen to carolers and get inspired to shop!
I would also love any boutique advice you have for me!
Are an of you AZ locals?? I’d love to see you there!

Hi Bev, I have a few suggestions. take photos of all you have to sell. Put them in a binder with plastic page protectors. add a 3X5 card with a description and the price. If you sell everything you could offer it in the future. take a deposit and get info to mail the item. oh the 3×5 card because it will allow you to change the price with out messing up your photo. also with photo book you will know what sold and maybe how quickly. also everyone that passes your botique talk to them. good morning! , weather comments, you need to get them talking to you so they will stay at your booth and not just window shop. Hopefully you will attack the correct customers. good luck let me know how you make out selling your stuff! katleen

Good luck! I love your stuff and would be all over it if I was closer. I am doing my first ever bazaar on the 16th-eeks. I understand the crazy busy working, that’s what I’ve been trying to do on top of my full time job.

I’m sure you’ll be a smashing success. I dared to venture out 2 years ago as a vendor during a local church’s summer farmer’s market. It was my first time having a craft booth yet something I’d wanted to try for years. My nervousness disappeared after meeting the other artists discussing our craft items and getting to know them. Though I have not participated in another it remains a pleasant memory. Go get ’em!
Beverly says
Thanks Syl! I’m sure my nervousness will disappear too, once everything is set up and ready to go!

My favorite homemade gifts were the crocheted slippers my mother used to make for all of us every Christmas. I loved those slippers. I make them but it isn’t the same.
