Cozy Winter Cocoa Bar

It is finally starting to get chilly here! And even though I’m not a huge fan of cold temps, I’m really OK with things getting cozier. That means throws everywhere, cute sweaters and boots, soups all the time, and yummy drinks to warm things up!

I decided this year to create a cozy winter cocoa bar on our buffet that I can leave up all the time! That way, if we have friends over or want something to warm up,, I have a sweet little setup all ready to go. And I love that it’s available for us even if no one is over. It’s so fun to have little parties and fun activities, even if it’s just family home.

I wanted it to be a cute setup (of course), so I gathered up some of my wintery decorations and then I headed to Target for some fun new things!

I’m really all about keeping things easy, too, so I planned the cocoa bar around my Keurig. That makes this so easy! People can choose cocoa, peppermint coffee, apple cider, or even tea. I love having options.

I found these crazy-cute mugs at Target. They had so many cute styles! I can leave them on my little tray too, so they’re always ready to go!

I picked up some hot cocoa gifts from Starbucks too, and they even had mug cake mixes! They had all these in the Christmas food gifts section of Target. So if anyone wants a treat, they are all set for that too!

You can’t have cocoa without toppings, right? Well, here you can’t. I found this super-cute little serving tray to hold my toppings, and I definitely couldn’t resist these cute fox and bunny place-card holders. They were perfect for little labels for my toppings!

My plan is to keep the toppings in baggies most of the time, and then I can just pour them out when we’re in the mood for cocoa! And, of course, pull out the whipped-cream topping. Can’t have cocoa without that!
