Boo to You Mystery Quilt Along – Week 2

I’m sewing my Boo to You quilt with my Cozy Autumn fabric collection, and this block was practically begging for all those warm fall colors. I chose a mix of pretty rust, tan, and gold prints for the stars, and I love how they give the block that perfect pumpkin-spice feeling without being too Halloween-y.

And can we talk about that background? I’m using Dainty Daisy Licorice, and I love the contrast! The tiny white daisies give the black background just a little extra detail, while those warm autumn prints really pop against it.

I especially love how many different prints this block lets you play with. The stars are such a fun spot to mix florals, houndstooth, and little fall prints from Cozy Autumn, and together they feel so perfectly fall.
