That’s fine, I completely understand. But I’d like to sprinkle in a few non-tutorial posts now and then.
I’ll try and ease you into it.
(I know. You’re saying two in one week is not “easing”. Sorry.)
But when Roo from Nice Girl Notes decided to have a What’s in Your Bag? linky – I just couldn’t resist.
I thought it might be a fun “non-tutorial” post and maybe let you know a little about me.
We’ll decide after you see in my purse if that’s a good thing.

Wow. Crazy huh?
I’ve lettered the items that need explanation to help you find your way around.
A. My Phone.
Love my phone. It’s a LG Envy Touch. In a pink case no less. So cute. And it opens into a keyboard so I can text like the wind.
B. My wallet and checkbook.
I have no idea why I’m still carrying a checkbook around. And I didn’t buy that because it was Guess – I bought it because it was PINK. And on sale.
C. Expired Michael’s Coupon.
Darn it.
D. Ric Rac. Two shades of orange.
I told you I was addicted to the stuff and you thought I was joking. Silly you.
E. Shopping list for crafty things.
If you had a magnifying glass you would see that there is ric rac on that list.
I’m seeking treatment soon. Promise.
F. Business Cards.
For my actual paying job. I’m a graphic/website designer for a great company called Bended Knee Design.
G. Card Case.
This does not hold cigarettes. It holds gift cards. I love it’s little silver scrolly cuteness.
H. This is the stack of store cards that don’t fit in my wallet.
Can I submit a bill to the senate that all stores must have one national card that gives us discounts? Seriously. This is ridiculous.
I. Vaseline Lip Gloss
Don’t leave home without it.
J. Two Sets of Keys
Mr. F. T. feels pretty strongly that car key rings should not be heavy. Bad for the ignition.
So I have a second ring for all my “other” keys. No. I don’t know what they’re all for.
K. Flash Drive
Sorry Dad- Yes. I still have this. I’ll get your pictures from this summer back to you soon.
L. Michael’s Coupon
Good starting Sunday. Woohoo! Will I remember to use it next week? Nope.
M. Hand Sanitizer
We have a couple of germaphobes in the house. Not Me. But I must be prepared at all times in case of a germ emergency.
You have no idea how many of those there are.
N. Lipstick
I never wear this but I carry it around in case. In case of what I haven’t figured out yet.
O. My Great-Grandma’s Measuring Tape
One of my favorite things ever. And you wouldn’t believe how handy this thing is.

I have two sets of keys for the same reason you do…but it comes form my Dad…that is now verified by 2 people…it must be true!
Scary would be if I showed you my purse…really I am not kidding…at a baby shower we played that game (this was years ago) and I had was mortified…but it did not change my ways.
I can never find those store cards…drives me nuts!

I’ve always wanted a card case. and um, with my business cards I’d like some calling cards too. just in case I happen to one day land in the wrong time and all my favorite characters from Pride and Prejudice expect me to call on them properly… just saying.
and hand sanitizer. which form would you like, I usually have spray, gel, and wipes all in my purse. I’ll proove it to you when I show you the content of my purse next week! yikes… I know.
I’m in complete agreement about the store cards, they are obnoxious! One card for all will be our marching slogan :-) Love the measuring tape! I love texting too…I have a phone that flips out with a keyboard too, I heart technology.
