I had so much fun with the Quilter's Cottage Sew Along that I couldn't resist joining in with the next one! I mean - a vintage flower vase combined with quilty cross stitch blocks?! It's soooo cute!
The Prim and Proper quilt is from @beelori1 newest book and there is a sew along hosted by @fatquartershop starting next month. I think it's going to be the perfect project to work on as a break from the holiday busyness!

I love making fabric pumpkins! I think I make some every year - they're so fast and fun! Swipe to see other versions I've made including the two little cuties I made this year. I used Scarey Cat fabric and @aurifilthread wooden spools for the stems! I'm a bit obsessed.

I have a new baby in the sewing room! This sweet new @babylocksewing Sashiko machine is soooo much fun!
It does a stitch that is similar to an embroidered running stitch/ hand quilting - but is so much faster than doing it by hand!

I can't believe it's the last block in the Quilter's Cottage sew along! Next week we'll be showing off our finished quilts - I can't wait!
