I am joining in with a new sew-along from Fat Quarter Shop and Lori Holt today to make her Quilted Snowman quilt! Today, I’m showing off my Quilted Snowman Sew Along January Blocks.

We are going to sew through Lori’s darling Quilted Snowman quilt over the next several months. I had so much fun making the Quilted Witch quilt that I couldn’t resist making up this one, too.
Just like my Quilted Witch version, I decided to sew up the quilt with my Dainty Daisy basic. I’m using the Songbird colorway as my background, I think it’s going to look so fun! Here’s the image I made to show what the Dainty Daisy version of the quilt will look like!

Isn’t it cute? I’m so excited!
This month we are sharing our versions of the Snowball and Whirling Snowflakes blocks. I’m not showing all of them – there are a lot of these little cuties. But I am loving these – they are really quick to sew and they look so cute!

You can find all the info on the quilt and the sew along on the Fat Quarter Shop Blog. You can join in with us – this is the first month and we’re posting some of the blocks each month through November, so there is lots of time to sew! Get the Quilted Snowman Pattern here. If you want to sew with Lori’s fabrics, there is a Quilted Snowman kit, or you can find Dainty Daisy fabrics here.

I hope you can sew along with us!
