I don’t know about you but I am READY for spring!! I am not fond of the cold (well, Southern California cold) so it can warm up anytime.
I’m waiting.
Until that happens – I’m going to Think Spring. And one of my favorite ways to do that is to cook with “spring-ish” ingredients!
I’ve made this super yummy Berry and Lemon Tea Cooler – perfect to get you in the mood for Spring or Summer!
I am a huge Tea drinker! So when I was sent some Lipton 100 Calorie Half & Half (tea and lemonade) and Lipton Diet Green Tea Honey Ginseng, I was excited to come up with a little “mocktail” with the tea!
I used the Lipton 100 Calorie Half & Half and some yummy Acai & Blackcurrent Syrup I had on hand. You could definitely add any flavored syrup, it wouldn’t have to be this one.
This is crazy easy.
Just fill a glass with ice. Add 1 cup of the Lipton Tea 100 Calorie half and half. Add 1 Tablespoon of the flavored syrup and slices of lemon.
Super easy but really yummy. The Acai syrup is a little tart, so if you want your cooler a little sweeter, you could add in some Sprite or 7-up. That would be perfect to serve at a Girls Night In or a party!
You could also switch this to a cocktail with a liltle brandy or rum, or you could add in a flavored Vodka, like Strawberry or Lemon. Nummy.
So many options! I love that the tea is 100 calorie, so you’re getting a summery treat without tons of calories!
