It is now officially Fall.
Oh I know it’s not actually Fall according to the calendar. (Or according to the weather either apparently).
But I don’t care. After Labor Day? It’s Fall.
Bring out the pumpkins, throw some colorful leaves around, drink Pumpkin Latte’s like there’s no tomorrow.
We can even tiptoe into thinking about Halloween. We crafters have to think ahead right?
If we want to make the awesomemest Halloween display on the face of the earth- we have to start BEFORE October 1st.
Or maybe not. ;) I don’t want to stress anyone out, least of all myself.
But in case you want to get a jump start on all things Autumn and Spooky – and in case you weren’t aware of Flamingo Toes this time last year (and let’s face it, you probably weren’t), I thought you might like a little refresher of the Fall-ish tutorials you can find here. Until I get all creative and come up with new things for this year.
We had a Fall Leaf Pillow – super cute and made from silk leaves. Did you know you can sew right through those? Super easy.
This Semi-Scary Halloween Wreath is still one of my favorite projects from last year. I love the crow and the bling. ;) And let’s face it – the sheer poofiness of it.
Another favorite is this super simple Bowl of Eyeballs. These are made from fabric wrapped around wiffle balls – these are great to do with kids too!
I also shared my Halloween Mantel on a Budget – decorated from Dollar and Thrift store items! My favorite part is the super creepy lady in the mirror. Boo.
I also shared the printable that started off my crazy Printable series – Get Your Candy On!
This comes in four colors in case you haven’t yet discovered the fabulousness that is decorating for Halloween with pink.
Wouldn’t this sweet Witchy Feet Dishtowel look cute in your kitchen this October?
(I’ll also have these in the Etsy shop soon in several prints and colors!)
I hope this little refresher gives you some inspiration for this year!
This roundup was pretty heavy on the Halloween side – I’m looking forward to doing more Fall and Autumn related crafts this year too!
What about you – have you started on your Fall Decorating yet?

I remember several of these projects and I even have the witchy dishtowels on my to-do list to make for my Mom (who has an October birthday). Thanks for all the great ideas, even though I’m not quite ready for autumn just yet!

Such cute ideas! Love the mantel…..especially the little mice and mouse hole! The pillow is great too – in the pic the leaves almost look like leather! Thanks for sharing!
Maury @ A Fabuless Home says
I COMPLETELY agree with you. After Labor day, it’s on. I even wore cords this week. I was hot… but I wore them. :-)

What great projects, Beverly! I especially like the bowl of eyeball. My grandkids will have a ball (ooh, a pun!) with these. Thank you, ma’am.

The mantel looks wicked! I love the hidden purple angry cat :) I’ve never celebrated Halloween before (as a Japanese, I didn’t know what to do, to be honest) but I’m definitely going to do something this year! Thanks for the inspiration, Bev!
