I plan on making lots of jewelry for Christmas. This fabric would make some rockin’ bracelets!

I plan on making some firefighter style ornaments for a friend of mine.
I think I might make either quilted coasters or potholders or something of the sort.. I haven’t decided yet :)

I haven’t really thought about yet, because I’m not finished with birthdays yet. My last birthday is on the 15th of this month and my 4th child turns into a teenager. I have 9 kids and most of the birthdays are July through October and mine is on Saturday. But for Christmas I would like to finish making my daughter some skirts and maybe sew up some pillowcases and finish up a couple of quilts.

trying to cut large hexagons for sewing a quilt. Saw the ruler on line and I am psyched to be using it – Jaybird Quilts. I have a thing for hexagons and always have. I can always use more quilting cottons and knits have so many uses – baby blankies with minkie on the back, clothing and doll clothes.
