I mentioned a couple of days ago that Heather from Me Making Do is having a week of Back To School Tutorials.
Today she is featuring my tutorial for this cute Back to School Supply Pouch!
Don’t you love it? I’m so in love with the fabric. It makes me wish I had a bicycle with a basket to put flowers in. Never mind that one block down the road I’d end up on my face with my flowers all smashed. That’s beside the point. ;)
This pouch is perfect for school supplies but you could also make one for makeup or jewelry or just about anything!
Click here to head over to Me Making Do and find out how to make one for your little one heading back to school. (I’m so not ready for summer to be over!)
Great idea for keeping pens, pencils, ect in one place. Usually they all end up in the bottom of the backpack!
I really like your new pouch. The colors are just perfect, and I like the accent color addition with the rickrack accent. Really pretty and a lot of fun. I would be keeping it for myself!
How cute is that. How did you do the bike on the front.
that fabric makes the bag! and I too would LOVE a cruiser bike with a basket. I too would probably not actually ride it, but maybe take photo shoots next to it instead! ha.
Love the bicycle fabric and embroidery! The basket is the best. So cute. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Oh my, that is so cute! That fabric is adorable and the embroidered bicycle is perfect.
That is fantastic…I do love that fabric – I got a basket for my bicycle…but it is not quite as cute as that!
ooohh! i need to make this for my makeup and makeup brushes since i seem to be traveling so much lately :o) i am scared of sewing in zippers though… never done it yet.
