Happy Friday!!!
I’m seriously ready for Friday today. I’ve had a stomach bug and a head cold all in one week. Bleh. But it’s Friday and the weekend is around the corner and I’m feeling much better. Time to get some serious crafting on!!
And I have the perfect way to celebrate Friday!! The Crush of the Week!
Whew – I had a terribly hard time choosing projects to show you this week! There were so many! I had to tell myself to just stop and write the post already. :)
Let’s start off with the cutest hat ever from Adrianna at Crafterhours.
Isn’t it so super cute?!? Her tutorial is so clear and detailed too – it’s in three parts. She made it for her daughter – but clever girl that she is, she shows us how to make it to fit any size head, based on measurements. I need one. Or two.
I absolutely fell in love with this project at Not Just a Housewife.
We live in a rental and I’m always seeing projects that just make me crazy because this isn’t my house to renovate. But this one?? It is sooo going in my, “Someday I’m doing this to my house” file.
Yep. She stenciled her ceiling!!! You have got to go over and check out her post – she has a great tutorial and she made a fantastic chandelier for her room too!
The super talented Alison has done it again!! She made this darling Burlap and Lace Wreath with Sweater Flowers!
I think Alison should come over and make all my seasonal wreaths. I just love the combo of the sweaters and burlap – all those textures together! Perfect. :) Check out her great tutorial here.
Laura from Along for the Ride has been stocking her shop with some AMAZING new things. Have you seen these Bias Tape Earrings??
They are so cute! I want to just eat them up. Not really. But I would like one of every color thank you very much. You can check her shop for these and other awesomeness – or you can comment on this post on her blog to buy a pair for $6 and free shipping. Seriously?? There is absolutely nothing wrong with buying your own Valentine’s presents. :)
Last but definitely not least is the cutest Art table ever over at Maple and Magnolia.
She found this little table at the thrift store for $1!!! You have got to over and check out the tutorial to see how she turned it from a beat up little table to fabulous – I just love how it turned out. So cute!!! I think I might do this to all my tv trays. ;)
Here’s a button if you were featured!
Are you inspired?? I am!
And for more inspiration – make sure you check back Sunday – because it is the beginning of Blog Spa Week!!
Elizabeth from Twelve Crafts Till Christmas and I are hosting a whole week of pampering, tips, tutorials, and giveaways! You don’t want to miss a single day!
And if you want to play along, we’d love it!! We’re hosting a blog hop at the end and you can link up all your great ideas!
All of these features are crush worthy…but I am swooning over the stenciled ceiling. Do I have that much patience??? Maybe..that looks fabulous.
thanks for the feature, Bev! I’m loving that kid’s table too. Except my daughter would immediately color all over it. Can I make one for myself?
Thank you so much for featuring my art table, Beverly. I’ve just been checking out your blog and I absolutely love it! I’m your newest follower. Have a great weekend.
Awww. Thanks for the feature :) You are so sweet!
Great blog!! Love it!
Please join my linky party today!! Hope to see you there!!!!!
Thank you SO much for the feature, my friend–especially in some a mix of talented ladies! You totally made my day!! Hope you are feeling better!! We’ve been sick this week, too. YUCK!!
Have a great weekend!
~Alison
PS I can’t wait for blog spa week!
Thanks so much Bev! What great choices this week!
Very cute ideas.
I hope you are feeling better. It’s no fun not feeling well enough to get your craft on.
I braved the low temps today and went to three scrapbook stores. Yippee it was fun. One had 60% off everything (a store closing) and the other 40% off. Then
Archivers. I was able to just walk in and take a class amd I had a coupon I could use towards it.
After not going anywhere the last two week-ends, I was so pumped.
Now to create.
Get better……….sooon.
Love that art table!
